TROUBLE SHOOTING

If you're having trouble joining, please follow the below guidelines.

1. Click Renew Above

A. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BSP MEMBER LOGIN
1. Select Sign Up

2. Sign Up WITH EMAIL

3. Add Your Email and a Password to create an account

4. You may need to validate your email with a code - if so complete
5. Once validated, you will return to the payment page to complete your sign up

B. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A BSP MEMBER LOGIN
1. Select LOGIN and login with your account details (do not hit "sign up" on this page)

2. Once you login - you should be directed to the payment form to complete your sign up.

WHAT IF I SIGN UP AND IT DOESN'T TAKE ME BACK TO THE FORM?

1. Go to brainspottingtraininghub.com.au

2. On the top RIGHT HAND corner of the home page - click LOG IN
or if your name is already there, click your name
3. IMPORTANT: If you click LOG IN from the homepage - be sure to click ALREADY A MEMBER - LOG IN (at the top) if you already have a member account. This will take you to a new screen to select Email, Google or Facebook.

4. Once logged in click on your name in the top right hand corner of the page and a menu will appear.

5. Select - MY SUBSCRIPTIONS
6. Select View Plans & Pricing

7. This will take you to the FIND A PRACTITIONER join Page
8. Click RENEW and register.
