Training Pre-requisite:

Trainings are open to psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, social workers, psychotherapists, who hold a practitioner membership with a regulated health practitioner regulatory body or mental health professional organisation.

Brainspotting Phase 2 Training Overview

Brainspotting (BSP) uses relevant eye positions to identify, process and release core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. It is a brain-body / bottom-up approach that works with the client's innate healing ability, and has been designed to be integrated with all other therapeutic modalities. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Biolateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing.

Brainspotting Phase 2 can only be undertaken once you have completed Phase 1. The three day training format is similar to Phase1 - a combination of lecture, and question & answer, live demonstrations (between the trainer and a volunteer participant) and dyad practicums where you will bring a real issue to practice the Brainspotting setups.

Learning Objectives

The focus in Brainspotting Phase 2 is to explore the Resource Model more deeply to enable clinicians to work with those clients who require more resources.

An additional 5 Brainspotting setups will be added to your toolbox.

Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations received two weeks prior to the start date of the training will receive a full refund less $75 administration fee.

If you need to cancel within two weeks of the start date of the training, we will provide you with a full credit that you can use for a future training date.

Certificate To receive a certificate of completion, full participation (100% attendance) in the training is required. If for some reason you are not able to take part in one of the practicums, it is possible to make up for it after the training with a BSP Trainer o BSP consultant for which an additional fee will be incurred.
