A 3-Day Immersive Workshop in Brainspotting & the Expressive Arts What happens when we meet life not with answers, but with presence? When we stop fixing, and start listening deeply? Becoming Through the Void is the second offering in our experiential series exploring trauma, healing, connection Brainspotting and the Expressive Arts through the lenses of existential philosophy and psychology.
Pre-requisite:
Completion of the foundational 3-day workshop “Healing: Trauma, Connection, Brainspotting & the Expressive Arts.”
