I had a very deep experience doing the demo with Noula. Thanks for showing me how to hold a space that oscillates between allowing and encouraging. My biggest takeaway from the course is the important of the presence of the therapist. All the skills and knowledge in this course (wonderful as they are) are dead until breathed into life with the compassionate, caring, confident presence of the therapist (or in my case, coach).
