the breakthrough modality
Established by David Grand - Brainspotting (BSP) uses relevant eye positions to identify, process and release core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. It is a brain-body / bottom-up approach that works with the client's innate healing ability, and has been designed to be integrated with all other therapeutic modalities. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Biolateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing. Watch David Grand Talk About Brainspotting.
Noula - Australian psychotherapist, artist, author, and founding director of the BeCause Movement - is the trainer at Brainspotting Training Hub. Across all her expressions, she is deeply passionate about removing the influence of neglect on human lives.
Passionate about the role of the expressive arts within the therapeutic space, she also received a people's choice silver medal in the 2023 Women Changing the World Awards - Mental Health Industry - for her work with BeCause Movement.

I loved the entire course, it has solidified my knowledge and given me a much more comprehensive ability to guide/sit with clients while they process.
