Trauma work with children and adolescents has long been an important area of ​​Monika Baumann's work. Curious whether Brainspotting would work differently with our youth, she discussed this idea with Dr. David Grand, the founder of Brainspotting and after reflection and professional engagement with the topic, she increasingly applied the technique with children and adolescents, achieving significant success. Since then, Monika has taught trainings, given lectures and written books around this subject. Brainspotting with Children and Adolescents Specialty Workshops were developed by experiencing Brainspotting Treatments with this age group. Many Therapists who have learned Brainspotting are using it with kids and adolescents.
