Established by David Grand - Brainspotting (BSP) uses relevant eye positions to identify, process and release core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. It is a brain-body / bottom-up approach that works with the client's innate healing ability, and has been designed to be integrated with all other therapeutic modalities. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Biolateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing.
