This is an Invitation

...to move beyond the limitations of how we’ve been taught to heal, and into the expansiveness of what’s possible when we step into our true essence. To move from from method to essence is a series of workshops of remembering, a powerful return to the core of who you are as a healer.

Step into the wild path of expressive and experiential healing with me."

Workshop Overview

This 3-day immersive workshop is designed to support and elevate practitioners by integrating the powerful modalities of Creative and Experiential Arts within the Neuroexperiential Model of Brainspotting and Parts Work and Somatic Approaches. Therapists will deepen their therapeutic presence, broaden their skillset, and explore creative, somatic pathways that enhance healing.

Creative and Experiential Arts access healing channels that are often beyond words. They offer non-verbal, embodied avenues to connect with trauma, emotion, and core experiences—facilitating profound integration through image, movement, rhythm, sound and metaphor. In combination with Brainspotting and Parts Work, they provide a rich, intuitive framework that awakens the body’s wisdom and fosters self-directed healing.

This workshop includes four live demonstrations and four experiential practicums, guiding participants through a structured yet organic process of integrating the arts into therapeutic practice. Therapists will work with their own and others' embodied intelligence, learning to meet uncertainty with curiosity, presence, and precision.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand Trauma: Identify how trauma manifests somatically and emotionally, and how the Creative and Experiential Arts can support healing when verbal processing is not accessible.

  2. Integrate with Brainspotting: Apply the Uncertainty Principle and the Neuroexperiential Model, strengthen your therapuetic presence and expereince the power of not knowing and allowing yourself to follow the clients cues, using creative modalities as supportive tools.

  3. Facilitate Healing:  Supporting clients in accessing internal resources and fostering organic, system-led healing with the expressive arts.

  4. Adopt a Phenomenological Approach: Deepen your ability to engage with the sensory, symbolic, and embodied aspects of client experience.

  5. Adapt with Flexibility: Develop an attuned, responsive approach that honours the client’s unique healing process at every stage of therapy.

  6. Activate Neurocircuitry: Utilize the arts to support emotional regulation and neurointegration, engaging both hemispheres of the brain for a more holistic outcome and deepen your right brain connection with the clients right brain.

Workshop Highlights

  • Learn how Creative & Experiential Arts activate the body’s innate healing systems, enabling clients to access and release trauma held within the nervous system.

  • Engage with the historical and cultural legacy of the arts as healing practices across time and tradition.

  • Develop creative self-regulation techniques to enhance your own resilience and capacity to stay grounded during clinical work.

  • Cultivate sensory and somatic awareness that strengthens your attunement both to clients and to your own internal experience.

  • Discover the power of the pause—and how to remain present within the uncertain, liminal spaces of healing. These in-between moments, rich with potential, are often where the deepest transformations occur.

  • Come away with many resources to continue your own research, approaching healing phenomenologically, cultivating an attuned therapeutic presence and healing from a right brain to right brain perspective all combined with the expressive arts frame setup process

  • Experience the power of INTUITIVE BRAINSPOTS and REFLECTIVE BRAINSPOTS. Unlock your own intuitive abilities to guide clients through their trauma processing and discover how reflective brainspotting can illuminate new pathways for healing and insight.
